Anyone who wishes to attend NCER 2024, including speakers, poster presenters, panelists, moderators, session organizers and attendees, needs to register and pay the applicable fee to participate.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?
Attendee
The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, refreshment breaks, a one-hour networking social on Monday, and the poster session social on Wednesday. Attendees are on their own for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Guest Fee
The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend the Monday and Wednesday evening socials.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by March 22, 2024. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After March 22, no refunds will be issued.
Special Needs (ADA)
Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
