What Does the Registration Fee Include?
Attendee:
The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, daily refreshment breaks, and all networking functons listed on the agenda-at-a-glance. Attendees are on their own for all meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Guest Fee:
The guest fee allows guests 18 years of age and older to attend the Tuesday Welcome Networking Reception and the Wednesday Poster Session & Networking Reception.
Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be received in writing by March 13, 2026. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After March 13, no refunds will be issued.

Functional needs of people with disabilities can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
