We are pleased to announce an impressive presentation line-up for the National Conference on Ecosystem Restoration (NCER)

NCER 2026 will feature more than 120 talks, posters, and panel presentations on both large-scale and small local ecosystem restoration efforts.

This year’s theme will focus on the “Return on Investment” in ecosystem restoration for the nation and how that return can guide future planning, funding, and implementation.

Concurrent sessions will delve into major river and aquatic ecosystems, showcasing some of the nation's most significant and well-known restoration projects. These sessions will feature in-depth discussions on bold ideas and the inner workings of large-scale aquatic restoration programs. In addition to aquatic restoration, sessions will cover terrestrial ecosystems, decision-making processes, funding strategies, and project prioritization. The conference will also explore themes of change, adaptation, and the future of restoration, fostering fresh ideas through interactive discussions and interdisciplinary dialogue.

Attendees will gain valuable insights into restoration challenges, lessons learned, and emerging opportunities.
