The conference attendee fee includes the following:
- Full participation in the conference
- A printed program, various attendee materials, and a book of abstracts PDF.
- Light morning refreshments and daily beverage breaks, Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday - Wednesday lunches, Monday Poster Session Reception, Tuesday Field Tour, and Wednesday Closing Dinner..
Refund Policy
Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written notice of cancellation is received by the UF/IFAS Office of Conferences & Institutes (OCI) on or before Friday, September 16. A $200.00 processing fee will be deducted from all non-student refunds and $100.00 from all student refunds, and $25 for guests. After September 16, no refunds will be issued. Special Needs
Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference. Guest Tickets for Conference Social Functions
Purchase of guest tickets should not be confused with the conference attendee registration, which already includes these functions. Tickets for guests do not include participation in the conference.
Please note: Guest options will be offered while space is available. The field trip is for ages 18 and up.
