COVID-19 Virus

The health and wellbeing of our attendees, sponsors, employees and the overall community is our top priority. Due to the growing concern of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and in alignment with the best practices laid out by the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization , we are rescheduling many of our meetings.

Once new dates and locations have been solidified for any rescheduled groups, we will notify participants by email. If you are a registered attendee, presenter or exhibiting sponsor, you will be sent detailed instructions to either confirm your availability or cancel your participation for the new dates.

We are continuing to monitor the spread of the virus and will post additional information periodically.

About OCI

OCI is a full service conference planning agency at the University of Florida. We were created to support the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) mission to develop knowledge in agriculture, human and natural resources, and the life sciences, and to make that knowledge available to people to sustain and enhance the quality of life. Conferences have proven an effective tool for disseminating and sharing this wealth of knowledge, and OCI conducts a variety of workshops, conferences and symposia in support of the IFAS mission. Contact us to find out how our team of trained meeting professionals can help you plan your next conference.
