Registration Information

All fees outlined below are estimates for planning purposes. Final fees will be announced soon.

We hope to open online registration by December 10. To assist you with preliminary budgeting & planning for participation, here is the tentative schedule of registration fees. (Fees are subject to change and will not be final until registration officially opens.)

Please Note: The official language of the conference is English. All presentations (oral and poster), and the book of abstracts, will be in English.


Early Bird Registration Fees

Please Note: For those who register and pay by Friday, March 4, 2022. Fees will increase after this date.

In Person Attendee
General Attendee $550 USD
Student Attendee $450 USD
Applies to those who will attend GGAA in person in Orlando, Florida
Virtual Attendee
General Attendee $350 USD
Student Attendee $250 USD
Applies to those who will view live broadcasts of talks and poster PDFs on the password protected virtual platform, or view recorded presentations after GGAA concludes. The virtual platform will only be accessible by paid registrants.
Additional information about optional in person events will be forthcoming soon:
  • Nominal fees will apply for optional pre-conference workshops on Sunday, June 5 and field trips on Wednesday, June 8.
  • Tickets for the closing dinner banquet at Sea World of Florida on Thursday, June 9 are $95 USD per person.
  • Guest fees are still to be determined and are not for use by co-workers.
