GGAA will be held live and in person in Orlando, FL AND sessions will be broadcast to a password-protected virtual site.

In Person Attendance

The in person conference features optional meetings and workshops on Sunday, June 5. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, June 6, 7 & 9, GGAA will feature keynote speakers, breakout sessions and two formal poster sessions. Optional field trips are offered Wednesday, June 8, and an optional dinner banquet at Sea World of Florida is on Thursday, June 9.

Note: You must attend GGAA in person to interact with poster presenters and to participate in any of the optional activities.


Virtual Participation

Keynote and breakout session talks will be broadcast live in the U.S. Eastern Daylight Time Zone (EDT) to a password-protected virtual platform for remote viewing by registered attendees from around the globe.

Note: There is no interactive component for posters. Remote attendees will view posters as PDFs on the virtual platform.


On-demand Viewing

Within 30 days upon conclusion of GGAA, video recordings of all talks and PDFs of all posters will be published on the password-protected virtual platform. Only those registered for GGAA will receive access to this password-protected site for one full year following the conference.
