Anyone who wishes to attend the 4th International Flavor Summit, including presenters, needs to register and pay the applicable fee to participate.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?
Attendees
The registration fee, supplemented by generous sponsor contributions, covers full conference participation, materials, and nearly all meals as outlined in the agenda. This includes breakfast and mid-morning refreshments on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch buffets both days, a Poster Session Networking Reception on Monday, and a special off-site field tour and networking dinner on Tuesday. The Tuesday event features chartered transportation to a produce farm, a private tour, u-pick produce experience, drinks and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a full dinner buffet and desserts.
Guest Fee
The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend the corresponding events per the offered selections. The guest fee does not include meeting attendance.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by Friday, February 20, 2026. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After February 20th, no refunds will be issued. The off-site field tour and dinner event is included in the price of conference registration. There are no registration fee discounts should you be unable to attend.
