As part of our commitment to fostering connection, networking opportunities, and offering a refreshing mid-conference outing, we are excited to host a Farm Tour and more, showcasing what Central Florida has to offer!
Southern Hill Farms is a 120-acre family-owned and operated farm that focuses on u-pick and commercially harvested blueberries, strawberries, peaches and seasonal vegetables. The first crop of blueberries was planted in 2010 and the farm currently has 40 acres of blueberry bushes, 5 acres of peaches, 15 acres of strawberries, and a new crop of blackberries. The farm is home to picturesque fields of sunflowers each season and zinnias in the spring and fall.
The 4th Annual International Flavor Summit attendees and guests will enjoy:
- A private tour of the farm, hosted by the owner of Southern Hill Farms
- Picking in-season fruit, such as strawberries and blueberries
- Hors d’oeuvres and beverages during a pre-dinner reception
- A farm-to-table buffet dinner, drinks, and homemade desserts while the sun sets
- Relaxing time under the stars around the fire pit with conversation and s’mores
