Detailed Agenda

The 4th International Flavor Summit: A Gathering of Industry Perspectives brings together leading researchers and practitioners working in flavor science across the food, beverage, and health sectors. Topics include the latest trends and discoveries in flavor generation and flavor precursors, chemosensory perception and psychophysics, consumer preferences, and natural products as sources of novel flavor compounds. In addition to learning sessions, there are exhibits and academic posters available throughout the three-day experience, as well as multiple opportunities to engage in informal conversations and exchanges during meals, a farm tour, and social activities.
