Call for Abstracts
The International Flavor Summit brings together leading researchers and practitioners working in flavor science across the food, beverage, and health sectors. Topics for the 2026 summit will include the latest trends and discoveries in flavor generation and flavor precursors, chemosensory perception and psychophysics, consumer preferences, and natural products as sources of novel flavor compounds.
Poster Presentations
Students specializing in the flavor space will be asked to submit an abstract for poster presentations, which will be reviewed by the summit program committee.
- Posters will be on display throughout the summit. The Welcome Reception and Poster Session will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
- All poster presenters will be required to register and pay the applicable fee in order to attend the summit!
More information pertaining to the Call for Abstracts for student posters will be announced this summer!
Oral Presentations
Speakers with extensive knowledge in the key summit topics will be individually selected and invited by the Program Committee. There will not be a call for abstracts for oral presentations.
Confirmed speakers will be announced as they accept invitations. We anticipate a well-rounded agenda with engaging speakers!
