Registration Information

The registration fee provides full participation in the symposium, symposium materials, along with daily morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Tuesday's Poster Session Reception.

*The highly discounted student registration fees are supported by sponsorships. Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

Refund Policy

Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written notice of cancellation is received by the UF/IFAS Office of Conferences & Institutes (OCI) on or before January 12, 2024. A $75.00 processing fee will be deducted from all non-student refunds and $15.00 from all student refunds. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after January 10, 2024.

Functional needs of people with disabilities can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
