The UF Water Institute Biennial Symposium Career Fair invites organizations working on water-related challenges to connect directly with students and early-career professionals who are eager to make a difference. This is your chance to identify future interns, fellows, and employees—and to showcase the career paths that make your organization a vital part of the water sector.
Together, we will create a space to share opportunities, build relationships, and empower the next generation of water scientists, engineers, policy experts, and community leaders.

Participation Details by Sector
For Nonprofit / Government / Academia Organizations
- Participate at no cost.
- We invite your organization to become a Friend of the Water Institute; and help us keep student registration to the Symposium affordable.
- Participation in this two-hour Career Fair and Networking event does not grant access to other Symposium sessions or activities. To join the rest of the symposium programming, please visit the Registration Information page.
- Branding materials (e.g., banners or merchandise) are not permitted; materials should focus on career-related information such as job postings, internships, and position descriptions.

Every Career Fair participant will receive a complimentary pass for this two-hour event. Please Note: This registration is separate from the Symposium attendance registration.
