What Does the Registration Fee Include?
The registration fee, combined with funds from our sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, conference materials, refreshment breaks, Wednesday afternoon Poster Session Social, Thursday evening Sea Life Aquarium Social, and lunch Wednesday-Friday.
The guest fee allows attendance to the Thursday evening Sea Life Aquarium Social.
All refund requests must be received in writing by Monday, February 12, 2018. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from the total cancellation amount. After February 12, no refunds will be issued.
Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
