What Does the Registration Fee Include?
The registration fee provides full participation in the conference including registration materials, attendance in sessions, opening reception (Monday), daily morning refreshments, daily AM and PM breaks, boxed lunches (Tuesday & Wednesday), Closing Banquet at the spectacular Shark's Underwater Grill at SeaWorld (Wednesday) including bus transportation to and from the offsite location, and transportation to Disney Springs (Tuesday evening).
Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the registration deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.
*The student fee is for grad students only, not postdocs.

What Does the Guest Registration Fee Include?
Guest Fees allow guests 16 years of age and older to attend the opening reception (Monday), Closing Banquet at the spectacular Shark's Underwater Grill at SeaWorld (Wednesday) including bus transportation to and from the offsite location, and bus transportation to and from Disney Springs (Tuesday evening) ONLY. This fee does not include entrance into daily sessions, conference materials, refreshment breaks, lunches, etc.
Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the registration deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.
*Guest fees are not for use by co-workers.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by August 23, 2019. A processing fee of $95.00 will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After August 23, no refunds will be issued.
