| Your organization will be recognized on the conference website, signage, Program Book, and PowerPoint slides in meeting rooms. You will also receive one 6' tabletop display. No complimentary conference registrations are included with this level. | ||||

Important Notes
- ALL sponsor representatives (including those receiving a complimentary registration benefit) are required to register for the conference.
- Sponsorships will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and upon receipt of payment. Payment must be received by November 1, 2024 to be recognized in print.
- On the Sponsorship Commitment Form, you may choose from three payment options:
- Pay by credit card
- Indicate you will be mailing a check (have the check number handy if possible)
- Purchase Order / Request an Invoice*
*If an invoice is required for your organization to process the sponsorship payment, check the Request Invoice box on the financial section of the form and you will receive the invoice as a PDF attachment to your email confirmation.
Sponsor Display Information
Sponsoring organizations that receive tabletop display space are encouraged to display informational and promotional materials about your organization. Please note that all sponsorships must be paid and confirmed prior to the conference. Tabletop display arrangement is at the discretion of the conference organizers.
