Room Rate and Reservation Instructions
Group Room Rate: $172 per night + taxes (currently 17%) with one or two people per room.
Reservations must be made directly with Marriott reservations using this reservation link or by calling by calling 1 (800) 468-3571. You must specify you are with ACES 2024 – A Community on Ecosystem Services to qualify for the reduced group rate.
Hotel Reservation Deadline: Friday, November 8, 2024
ACES attendees are eligible for the discounted rate until Friday, November 8, 2024, or until the room block is full.
Since the block of rooms may fill before the deadline, we urge you to make a reservation as soon as possible. After the reservation deadline, the discounted group rate may no longer be available.

Important Items to Note:
- Reservations must be made by November 8, 2024.
- The discounted room rate of $172 is well below the federal per diem rate of $184.
- Attendees must use the group reservation form to:
- Qualify for the discounted group rate.
- Receive negotiated perks including:
- FREE Wi-Fi throughout the hotel meeting space
- FREE access to the hotel fitness center
- This rate is exclusive and may not be used in conjunction with any promotional specials.
- Payment of the first night’s room must be guaranteed with a major credit card or pre-payment by check, or the hotel will not hold your room past 6:00pm on the day of arrival.
Note to Government Participants: To receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in the form of a government issued check or credit card and be accompanied by a sales tax exemption certificate which must be presented at check-in.
Roommate Finder
This service is to assist individuals in locating others interested in sharing accommodations for the conference. It is the individual's responsibility to make contact with other interested parties. Once a roommate has been located, you may request removal of your email contact. Email submissions will be posted within 5 working days.

Self-parking for ACES attendees is available in the hotel’s conference center lot as follows:

- Housekeeping: $3.00 per room, per day
