Local Area Information
We invite you to join us in Austin, Texas!
Austin — the state capital of Texas and home to the University of Texas — boasts a vibrant entertainment, art, and culture vibe surrounded by numerous parks and lakes that are popular for hiking, biking, swimming, and boating.
Enjoy your stay at the Renaissance Arboretum
ACES attendees will gather for meetings at the Renaissance Arboretum located just minutes from the Domain, the Austin Greenbelt and downtown Austin. Rated one of the top Renaissance hotels in the country, you'll enjoy Texas-inspired American fare at Knotty Deck & Bar, or lift your spirits with coffee, tacos, and tequila from Choza. Hit your fitness goals on in their state-of-the-art Peloton room, 24-hour fitness room or one of two sparkling pools.

You can easily Uber to explore North Austin, and the hotel is located walking distance to The Arboretum — an open-air center and one of the area's top shopping destinations. The Arboretum boasts beautiful greenery in a park-like setting, with easy access to top retailers, making it some of the best shopping in Austin TX. Home to more than 40 fine shops and restaurants, the Arboretum is the perfect place to enjoy upscale shopping at places like Chico's, Soft Surroundings, and Barnes & Noble. In between stores, make time to sit outside and enjoy yard games, warm up by the fireplace, play chess or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the area eateries like The Cheesecake Factory, Five Guys Burgers and Fries or the Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse.
There is an endless list of things to do in Austin and the surrounding area, and we'll be organizing an optional evening downtown excursion and an outing to the nearby Top Golf.
