What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Conference & Student Attendees

The WDA 2018 registration fee provides full participation in the conference, including registration materials and a program book, as well as morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments; the Sunday welcome social; the Monday student/mentor event (if applicable); Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday lunch; and the Tuesday auction dinner.

Guest Fee

Guests may be added to the Sunday welcome social, Monday group outing, Tuesday auction dinner, Wednesday field trips, and Thursday awards banquet dinner.

Monday Group Picnic

Join us for dinner, drinks, and live music on the World Golf Village Hall of Fame patio by the Pool of Unity. Please note: The museum will be closed on Monday evening, but we hope you will take time to explore it on your own while in St. Augustine! Click here for more information.

Defer Payment

Federal employees needing to defer payment should select the invoice option when prompted for payment. This will allow you to register your attendance while providing the flexibility to pay by check at a later date. You may also contact the Office of Conferences and Institutes at 352-392-5930 with Credit or P-Card information once travel funds are authorized.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by June 22, 2018. A processing fee equal to 50% of the registration cost will be deducted from all refunds, and a $25 transfer fee will be applied for all substitutions.
