What Does the Registration Fee Include?
Attendees
The registration fee provides full participation in the conference and meals as delineated on the Agenda-at-a-Glance, including early morning, mid-day, and afternoon coffee breaks, a welcome social on Sunday, a dinner banquet on Monday, networking socials on Tuesday and Wednesday, and three lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by June 9, 2025. A processing fee of $125 will be deducted from all registration cancellations, and $25 from the optional field tour. To cancel your registration, email OCI's Registrar, Kimberly Brand, at kimmer72@ufl.edu. No refunds will be issued after June 9.
