What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Regular and Student Attendee Fee: The registration fee provides full participation in the conference, conference materials, and all meal functions indicated on the conference on the agenda, including morning and afternoon networking breaks, a Welcome Networking Social on Tuesday, and an Awards Dinner on Thursday.

One-Day Attendee Fee: The One-Day fee provides full participation in the conference on the day selected, conference materials, and morning and afternoon networking breaks for that day. (Please note: If you are a One-Day Attendee on Thursday, you will be asked whether you wish to purchase an Awards Dinner ticket for the additional fee of $85.)

Two-Part Guided Garden Walking Tour Fee: Includes transportation and half-day guided tour.

USDA Facilities Bus Tour Fee: Includes transportation, full-day guided tour, and a boxed lunch.

Workshop Fee: Includes transportation, full-day participation in workshop, and lunch.

Guest Fee: Allows guests to attend the Tuesday Welcome Social and the Thursday Awards Dinner.

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be received by Friday, February 5, 2016. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from the total cancellation amount. After February 5, no refunds will be issued.

Special Needs: Participants with special needs may be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 3 weeks prior to the conference.
