The 2016 NPDN Meeting will be hosted at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC - Crystal City, located in Arlington, Virginia, only 5 minutes from Reagan Washington National Airport. The hotel features unobstructed DC skyline views including the Washington Monument, White House, and US Capitol; the Skydome Lounge, DC area's only revolving rooftop restaurant with 360° views; three restaurants; and the largest hotel fitness center in the area with an enclosed, heated rooftop swimming pool. Situated just steps from trendy restaurants and Pentagon City shops, and only three blocks from the Pentagon City metro station, the DoubleTree is convenient for Washington DC locals and travelers from around the globe.
Special Negotiated Group Rate
Stay at the host hotel for $199 per night plus applicable taxes (currently 13%) for single and double occupancy in standard rooms. This rate includes complimentary in-room wireless internet, a shuttle to and from the airport (DCA), and fitness center access.
For participants seeking tax exempt status, please be sure to bring your Virginia Tax Exempt Form and have your government issued ID available at check-in. In order to qualify for tax exemption, payment must be made in the form of a government issued credit card or check, not a personal credit card.

The group rate is only valid until Sunday, January 31st, 2016. Reservations may be accepted based on availability after this time, but the group rate will no longer be guaranteed. Please make your reservation ASAP to guarantee our negotiated rate as well as available space.

Shuttle
The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests to nearby Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport – DCA, as well as to the Pentagon City Metro.
Parking
The fee for self-parking at the hotel is $29; valet parking is $33.
Internet Access
Complimentary wireless internet is available in guest rooms for meeting attendees staying at the hotel (regularly $12.95). Free wifi is also available to hotel guests in the public and lounge areas.

Directions
The hotel is located 3 blocks from the Pentagon City Metro Station, serviced by the yellow and blue metro lines. Once outside the Metro entrance go North a half block towards Army Navy Drive and the Pentagon. Make a right on Army Navy Drive and walk two and half blocks crossing S. Fern Street and S. Eads Street. The hotel will be on your right.
