Student Competition
A Student Competition will be held in conjunction with the 2021 Conference on Applied Statistics in Agriculture and Natural Resources. All presentations by bachelors, masters and PhD students are eligible to participate. Student presentations will be scored based on a standard set of judging criteria. Be sure to consider these evaluation parameters as you prepare your presentation for the conference.
Student Competition Categories
Best Student Presentations
The awards will honor the best oral or poster presentations given by a student during the conference. Each student presenter will be evaluated by a panel of judges using standardized scoring criteria. The three highest ranked oral or poster presentations will receive a certificate and a monetary prize for first, second, and third place, respectively.
Student Awards
Winners will be announced by email announcement after the conference has concluded. Judging forms with written feedback will be made available to presenters via email after the conference.
