Registration Information

Registration has closed

Registration is closed for the conference in order to give attendees two weeks for advanced viewing of the 45 oral and poster presentations on our virtual portal before we meet to discuss live on Zoom, Monday, May 17th through Thursday, May 20th. The live conference dates include eight live plenary presentations and a Networking Social, in addition to live Q&A for the presentations that are available on the virtual platform now.

If you are interested in registering for the conference and believe you have sufficient time to view the materials that you are interested in online, please email the conference coordinator, Jessica Bailey, at j.bailey@ufl.edu for registration options.

Full Conference Registration (Workshop & Conference)

The combined Workshop & Conference registration fee provides full participation to the virtual conference along with the added workshop. It also incudes on-demand access to conference and workshop presentations for 12-months following the conference.


Conference Only Registration

The Conference only registration does not include the workshop. This fee provides full participation to the virtual conference. It also incudes on-demand access to conference presentations for 12-months following the conference.


Optional Workshop Only Registration

The Workshop only registration fee provides participation for the workshop. It also incudes on-demand access to the workshop presentations for 12-months following the workshop. Attendees will be given access to a pre-recorded workshop tutorial then will meet on Monday, May 17th via Zoom for live Q&A with the instructor. Refund Policy

All refunds must be received in writing by April 5. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from the total cancellation amount. After April 5, 2021, no refunds will be issued.


Special Needs

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
