Registration Information

The registration fee provides full participation in the symposium, symposium materials, along with daily morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, a Poster Session Reception on Tuesday, and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

*The highly discounted student registration fees are supported by sponsorships. Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

The 2020 UF Water Institute Symposium is recruiting student volunteers for various supporting roles including Registration Assistants, Moderator Assistant, Poster Session Assistants and more. If you are willing to be a student volunteer, please indicate your interest when registering for the symposium or contact Jessica Bailey at j.bailey@ufl.edu.

Refund Policy

Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written notice of cancellation is received by the UF/IFAS Office of Conferences & Institutes (OCI) on or before January 14, 2020. A $75.00 processing fee will be deducted from all non-student refunds and $15.00 from all student refunds. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after January 14, 2020.

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference.
