Anyone who wishes to attend the 13th U.S. Symposium on Harmful Algae, including speakers, poster presenters, moderators, session organizers and attendees, need to register and pay the applicable fee to participate.

What does the registration fee include?

Attendee:

The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, conference materials, daily coffee breaks, an informal Welcome Social on Monday, and a Poster Session Networking Reception on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Thursday closing dinner banquet is available for an optional fee.

Guest Fee:

The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend the Welcome Social on Monday evening, and the Poster Session Networking Reception on Tuesday and Wednesday. The guest fee does not include meeting attendance.

Refund Policy:

All refund requests must be received in writing by Friday, September 25, 2026. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all attendee fees, guest fees, and optional events. After September 25, no refunds will be issued.

Functional needs of people with disabilities can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
