Sponsor Display Information
A limited amount of space is available for Gold Sponsors to display educational and outreach materials the day of the symposium. This is an excellent opportunity to share updates and new information with attendees and let them know about your activities in the Lake Worth Lagoon.
Sponsor Display Set-up & Removal Times
Location: Riviera Beach Marina Village Event Center, 190 E 13th St, Riviera Beach, FL 33404
| Move-in Displays: | Tuesday, November 15, 2022 | 7:00am–8:00am |
| Move-out Displays: | Tuesday, November 15, 2022 | 4:30pm–5:00pm |
- Gold Sponsors will be provided with a private 6’ table.
- Silver Sponsors will be furnished with a 2’ x 2’ high top cocktail round table.
- Displays are meant to serve as a forum to share informational materials so a representative does not need to remain stationed at the table.
- If you wish to bring a supply of brochures and pamphlets sufficient for everyone, we expect roughly 200-250 people to attend the symposium.
