What Does the Registration Fee
Include?
Conference & Student
Attendees: The INTECOL registration fee provides full participation in the conference
including registration and conference materials, as well as morning, mid-day
and afternoon refreshments; Lunch Monday through Thursday, and the Poster
Session & Networking Receptions Monday and Thursday evening.
Pre-Conference Technical
Training Field Trip: This fee includes full participation in the pre-conference technical
training field trip of your choosing, any applicable entry fees,
transportation, refreshments and a boxed lunch.
Guest Fee: The guest fee
allows guests 10 years of age and older to attend the Poster Session &
Networking Receptions Monday and Thursday evening.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by May 14, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date. A processing fee of $150.00 will be deducted from all meeting participant refunds, $75.00 from all student refunds, $35.00 from all guest refunds and $25 from each tour refund.
Special Needs: Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference. We can be reached by phone at 1-352-392-5930, by FAX at 1-352-392-4044, or by calling 1-800-955-8771 (TDD). The TDD number can only be accessed from within the State of Florida.
