There are no one-day fees or guest fees available.
Please Note: The Guest Fee is not for use by co-workers.

*Payment must accompany registration by the deadline to qualify for the corresponding discounted fee.

**Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference. All sessions will be recorded and published on the symposium web site and paid registrants will receive password protected and on-demand access for one year.

Guest Fee

The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend the Welcome Social on Monday evening, and the Poster Session Networking Reception on Tuesday. The guest fee does not include meeting attendance.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be received by the organizers in writing no later than February 19, 2021. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all refunds. After February 19, no refunds will be issued. If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, email our Registrar, Kim Brand, at: kimmer72@ufl.edu

Special Needs (ADA)

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference.
