*Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendees

The registration fee provides full participation in the conference and meals as delineated on the agenda, including early morning, midday and afternoon refreshments, a lunch buffet on Monday and Thursday, and an evening reception on Monday and Tuesday.

Guest Fee

The guest fee allows attendance at the evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday reception.


Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by April 18, 2025. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all cancellations, including optional events. To cancel your registration, email OCI's Registrar, Kimberly Brand, at . No refunds will be issued after April 18.
