August 30, 2024 Session Proposal Submission Deadline
September 18, 2024 Approval Notifications Sent to Session Proposers
September 19, 2024 Call for Abstracts Announced
November 12, 2024 Online Registration Goes Live
November 15, 2024 Abstract Submission Deadline (After this date, late abstracts will continue to be accepted as posters until board space is full.)
December 6, 2024 Session organizers to submit completed agenda grid for their session.
December 18, 2024 Approval Notifications Sent to Abstract Submitters
January 8, 2025 Detailed agenda announced to the public; Reminder to register
February 14, 2025
  • Deadline to register at the EARLY BIRD discounted rate.
  • Deadline for presenters to register and confirm participation.
April 4, 2025
  • Deadline for presenters to submit a REVISED FINAL ABSTRACT
  • Deadline to register at the regular fee. After this date, the late registration fee applies.
  • Deadline to book a hotel reservation at the group rate.
  • Sponsor payments must be received to be recognized in print.
April 18, 2025 Deadline to cancel registration and receive a partial refund.
