This innovative conference brings together all sectors of the ecosystem services, from markets, to research, to policy, ACES 2014 connects you to the full community. In combining the efforts of these three groups, we plan to reach an audience of 500 or more people from around the globe. Historically, this group has featured attendees from every US state, more than 40 countries, and all inhabited continents. This is truly the ecosystem services conference of the year.

Why YOU Should Join Us as a Sponsor

Sponsors will be recognized on the ACES 2014 website, in the printed Program Book given to all participants, and on conference signage and session screens throughout the host venue. Sponsors will also be featured in promotional emails distributed to more than 10,000 interested individuals on a frequent basis, so the sooner you sign up as a sponsor, the more coverage you will receive throughout the coming months.

How do I Sign Up to Become a Sponsor?

To lock in your sponsorship, please complete the Sponsorship Commitment Form - or, contact Jasmine Garcia at j.garcia@ufl.edu.

Sponsorships will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and upon receipt of payment. Payment must be received by November 7, 2014 to be recognized in print.

Graphics Requirements for Sponsor Recognition

In order to properly recognize your contribution to the ACES 2014 Conference on the website and in printed materials, we ask that you email Jasmine Garcia a high resolution version of your organization’s logo. We accept JPEG, TIF, and EPS formats and recommend a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for the best representation of your organization.

Sponsor Display Information

Sponsoring organizations that receive booth space with their contribution should review the online Exhibitor Kit information for set-up information, additional booth material order options, and shipping and receiving details. Please note that all sponsorships must be paid and confirmed prior to orders being placed with Exhibit Services. Booth arrangement is at the discretion of the conference organizers.
