What Does the Registration Fee Include?
Attendees
The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, conference materials, along with almost all meals throughout the conference as delineated on the agenda, including daily morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, an informal Welcome Social on Monday evening, a Poster Session Networking Reception on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a lunch buffet on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Guest Fee
The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend the Welcome Social on Monday evening, and the Poster Session Networking Reception on Tuesday and Wednesday. The guest fee does not include meeting attendance.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by September 19, 2025. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After September 19, no refunds will be issued.
