Tower B, 1 Malaga Street
St. Augustine, FL 32084
Unfortunately, there are no more dorm beds available. If you did not book a dorm bed through the registration form, please make alternate lodging arrangements.
Details:
- While the rooms will provide the basic necessities, because this is a dormitory and not a hotel, please be aware that the rooms will NOT come equipped with towels, washcloths, bath mats, hair dryers, alarm clocks, coat hangers, coffee machines, bedside lamps, as well as toiletry items such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.
- All beds come with linens and a pillow. However, because air conditioning can vary, you might want to bring a quilt or other covering if you typically get cold at night.
- Two options are available: Shared and Private. If you chose a shared room, you will stay with one other person in a room with two beds and one bathroom. If you chose a private room, you will be alone in a room with a bed and a bathroom.
- No parking is available for this lodging option.
- The dormitory is located about a 5-10 minute walk from our meeting space at Flagler College.
- Lodging at the dorm is a flat rate for the whole week (check in Sunday to check out Saturday); partial stays will NOT be discounted.
- Please Note: During the conference dates, a construction site will be adjacent to the dormitory, so please expect construction noise between 7 AM and 7 PM.
Cost:
- Private room (single occupancy): $330 for 6 nights ($55/night)
- Shared room (double occupancy): $265 for 6 nights ($44/night)
You will also be required to provide a credit card number as a deposit for a key and key card for the room and building. The cost for losing/replacing a key or key card is $30, which will be charged to you should you fail to return it.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your dorm reservation before July 8, a 25% service charge will be deducted from your refund. No cancellations can be made after July 8th, 2016.
Booking a dorm bed must be done through the conference registration form—if you have not already booked a dorm bed, you will not be able to stay at the dorm because it is full.
