Registration Information
Anyone who wishes to attend the symposium, including speakers, poster presenters, moderators, and general attendees, must register and pay the applicable fee to participate. The following fee schedule applies to all attendees:

Payment must accompany registration by the specified deadline to qualify for the applicable discount. |
What Does the Registration Fee Include?
Attendee Fee:
The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by the hosting organizations, provides full participation in the symposium. Attendees will enjoy daily morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, a Welcome Reception Tuesday evening, a Poster Session and Networking Reception Wednesday evening, and a lunch buffet on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be received in writing by October 4, 2024. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all refunds. After October 4, no refunds will be issued.

Functional needs of people with disabilities can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
