Exhibit Presenter Information & Instructions

Materials:

A 6 or 8 foot table, 2 chairs, and internet access will be provided to all exhibitors on Monday 12/5 and Tuesday 12/6. Plan to have your materials set up by 8:00am on Monday, 12/5 and to remove them at 5:00pm on 12/6.

The materials will be left on display continuously between set-up and break-down so take any valuables with you when you are not physically at the exhibit. Anything that you bring must be confined to the table and/or poster display board. Nothing can be taped or pinned to walls.

Tech:

We do have outlets throughout the conference space, but please contact the organizers if you will need one for your exhibit table.
