Call for Abstracts

The Online Abstract Submission Form has Closed

You are invited to submit an abstract for consideration as an oral, poster or exhibit presentation for the conference. In addition to being presented at the conference, accepted abstracts will be printed in the program.

Program Topics

The conference will address primarily climate challenges faced by the agricultural industry in the Eastern USA. Reference the program agenda for identified topics and presentation times. However, submitters should not feel limited to these specified areas. We would like to also to capture any emerging topics and new ideas that would assist with development of decision support tools to help land managers in the Eastern USA reduced risks associated with climate variability.

Presentation Types and Selection

Due to program constraints, a limited number of Oral and Exhibit presentations may be accepted. Many volunteer submissions will be accepted as poster presentations.

Submitters will be notified by October 24, 2016 of their acceptance status, their designated presentation format and applicable registration instructions.
