Registration Information

To attend the conference, you must register for virtual access. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount. Attendance is secured through a password protected portal. Detailed instructions and a password to access the virtual platform will be emailed to you one week prior to the conference. There will be no one-day fees.

Please note the official language of the conference is English.

Advance Registration is closed. Registration will be available at the conference. 

Attendees registering at the conference will be included on the post-event list of participants scheduled for September 26. Access to the latest list will be provided upon registering at the conference.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

The registration fee provides full participation throughout three days of sessions and presentations, and on-demand access to conference presentations for 12-months following the conference.


Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received by September 3. A processing fee of $65 will be deducted from all refunds. You may substitute a new registrant to take the place of a cancelled attendee. After September 3, no refunds or substitutions will be issued. Email: kimmer72@ufl.edu

UF Food Science & Human Nutrition

The Food Science and Human Nutrition Department (FSHN) is one of the world’s largest combined academic programs where food science, nutritional sciences, and dietetics are all studied within one department.
