Themes and Potential Topics
Symposium Presentations
Presentations selected for the 4th National Working Waterfronts & Waterways Symposium will be those that serve to increase the capacity of coastal communities and stakeholders to make informed decisions about the future of their working waterfronts and waterways. The presentations will inform private and public decision‐makers, waterfront land owners and users, communities, businesses, local and state governments, and others seeking to preserve and enhance the commercial, recreational, and ecological value of working waterfronts and waterways. With the authors’ permission, the best examples will be incorporated into the online Sustainable Working Waterfronts Toolkit to live on as models for others.
