What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendee

The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, and meals as delineated on the agenda including morning, mid-day and afternoon breaks, a Welcome Social Monday, a Poster Session Networking Social Wednesday and a Closing Awards Ceremony Social on Thursday.

Guest Fee

The guest fee allows guests 18 years of age and older to attend the three evening social functions.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by August 1, 2018. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After August 1, no refunds will be issued.

Special Needs

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference.
