What Does the Registration Fee Include?
(Payment must accompany registration by deadline to qualify for discount.)
Government/Non-Profit, Corporate & Student Attendee Fee: The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, conference materials, an eco-friendly tote along with all functions indicated on on the conference on the agenda, including morning, mid-day and afternoon networking breaks, and a Poster Session & Networking Reception on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
One-Day Registration Fee: Includes participation in one day of sessions, conference materials, an eco-friendly tote, and participation in all functions held only on the day you choose to attend.
Technical Training Field Trip Fee: Includes lunch, refreshments, transportation and access to tour sites by private guides.
Guest Fee: Allows guests 21 years of age and older to attend the Tuesday & Thursday Poster Session & Networking Receptions.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by July 1st, 2013. A processing fee of $150.00 will be deducted from all meeting participant refunds, including one-day fees, $25.00 from all guest refunds and $25 from each field trip refund. After July 1st, no refunds will be issued.
Special Needs: Participants with special needs man be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
