Call for Abstracts

Submission deadline has passed.

During the submission process, you will be asked to identify the most applicable topic for your abstract. Abstract submissions are not limited to topical areas outlined for the conference as we want to capture all emerging topics and new ideas critical to Everglades’s restoration.

Follow these steps to prepare and submit an abstract:

  1. Use this template to create a perfectly formatted abstract.
  2. Proof your abstract carefully, and obtain applicable approvals prior to submission.
  3. Registration by March 1 is required to participate and make a presentation.

Abstract Submission Fee

A fee of $25.00 per abstract is charged at the time of submission. This fee must be paid by credit card so have your credit card handy before you begin the abstract submission process. The fee is non-refundable.

Submission Confirmation

After completing the online submission form, a confirmation is instantly emailed to you confirming transmission of the abstract. If you don't receive this email, we did not receive your abstract.

Presenter Registration Requirement

Conference speakers, session organizers and moderators must register by Friday, March 1, 2019 to confirm participation in the program. There are no one-day registration fees.
