Anyone attending GEER 2015, including speakers, poster presenters, moderators, session organizers and attendees, will need to register for the conference and pay the full registration fee to participate.

*Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

NOTE: The Guest Fee is not for use by co-workers.

  What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendee: The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, conference materials, along with almost all meals throughout the conference as delineated on the agenda, including morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, a Networking Social on Monday evening, a Poster Session on Wednesday afternoon and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

 

Guest Fee: The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend the Monday Networking Social and the Wednesday afternoon Poster Session.

 

Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by April 3, 2015. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After April 3, no refunds will be issued.

 

Special Needs: Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference. We can be reached by phone at 1-352-392-5930, by FAX at 1-352-392-4044, or by calling 1-800-955-8771 (TDD). The TDD number can only be accessed from within the State of Florida.
