NOTE: The Guest Fee is not for use by co-workers.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendee: The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, conference materials, along with almost all meals throughout the conference as delineated on the agenda, including morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, a Welcome Social on Tuesday, lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, a Poster Session Social on Wednesday and an Informal Evening Gathering and Special Presentation on Thursday.

Guest Fee: The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend all three evening networking functions.

Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by October 1, 2010. A processing fee of $150.00 will be deducted from all meeting participant refunds and $25.00 from all guest and student refunds. After October 1, sorry, no refunds will be issued.

Special Needs: Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
