DO YOU NEED A VISA? Plan ahead and start now. The U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs website has the information you need. Check the estimated wait time for a nonimmigrant visa interview appointment at a US Embassy or Consulate. Some visa processes can take anywhere from 3-6 months.


Tampa International Airport (TPA). Recently ranked by Conde Nast as the seventh-best airport worldwide, Tampa International Airport provides numerous airlines and flights to choose from and convenient shuttles from the gates to the landside terminal. The airport is 30-45 minutes from beachfront accommodations.

PIE is easy to use, convenient, customer friendly, and combined with a comfortable, tropical decor creates a relaxing travel experience.

‌The Food Science and Human Nutrition Department (FSHN) is one of the world’s largest combined academic programs where food science, nutritional sciences, and dietetics are all studied within one department. FSHN has nearly 25 full-time faculty members, 80 graduate assistants, and 600 undergraduate students.
