General Class Information

Class Structure

Week 1 class days are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Week 2 class days begin at 7:30am. Facilty tours are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 1- hour lunch depending on time constraints of travel.

Grading

Grading of this pass/fail class will be based on timely attendance, class and hands-on lab participation, ractical & clinical knowledge and completion of a group project presentation.


Facilities

Facility tours that provide a working knowledge of husbandry are integral for any individual working in aquatic animal medicine.


Daily Transportation

If you stay at the recommended hotel, daily transportation to and from the UF College of Veterinary Medicine will be provided.
