*Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?
Conference & Student Attendees
The ACES 2018 registration fee provides full participation in the conference including registration materials and daily refreshments; optional pre-conference workshops; Monday Pollinator Workshop; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday lunches; Wednesday Poster Reception, and Thursday Networking Social.
Guest Fee
The guest fee allows guests 10 years of age and older to attend the Poster Reception and Closing Networking Social.
Defer Payment
Federal employees needing to defer payment should select the invoice option when prompted for payment. This will allow you to register your attendance while providing the flexibility to pay by check at a later date. You may also contact OCI at 352-392-5930 with Credit or P-Card information once travel funds are authorized.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by November 1, 2018. No refunds will be issued after this date. A processing fee of $150.00 will be deducted from all meeting participant refunds and $45.00 from all student and guest refunds.
Special Needs (ADA)
Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference.
