*Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendee

The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, and meals as delineated on the agenda including daily morning refreshments, morning mid-day and afternoon breaks, a Welcome Social Sunday, a Poster Session Networking Social Monday, an Evening Dinner Banquet on Monday, a Commercial Field Trip on Tuesday, and a Closing Dinner Banquet on Tuesday.

Guest Fee

The guest fee allows guests to attend the three evening social functions.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by October 1, 2018. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds. After October 1, no refunds will be issued.

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference.
