Registration Information

Anyone who wishes to attend NCER, including speakers, poster presenters, moderators, session organizers and attendees, need to register and pay the applicable fee to participate. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount. Attendance is secured through a password protected portal.

*Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.


What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendee

The registration fee provides full participation throughout two weeks of sessions and presentations, and on-demand access to conference presentations for 12-months following the conference.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by July 2, 2021. A processing fee of 25% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds. After July 2, no refunds will be issued.

Special Needs (ADA)

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting Ms. Kimberly Brand, Registrar at the Office of Conferences & Institutes, at least 30 days prior to the conference.
