*Photocopy of valid student ID required. The student fee does not apply to post-docs. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Attendee Fee

The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, provides full participation in the conference, conference materials, along with almost all meals throughout the conference as delineated on the agenda, including morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, a Poster Session Networking Social on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, and a lunch buffet on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Guest Fee

The guest fee allows guests 16 years of age and older to attend the Tuesday and Thursday Poster Session Receptions.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by April 8, 2016. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $25.00 from all guest refunds and field trip cancellations. After April 8, no refunds will be issued.

Special Needs

Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
