*Please note: Postdoctoral status does qualify for the discounted student rate. Photocopy of valid student ID required. Fee payments must be accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

Refund Policy
Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written notice of cancellation is received by the UF/IFAS Office of Conferences & Institutes (OCI) on or before June 23, 2023. A $250 processing fee will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $150 from all student refunds. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after June 23, 2023. Special Needs
